We are currently seeking an individual to lead our Human Systems Integration (HSI) effort in the Newport, RI area. Qualified candidate should possess knowledge of Naval operations including, training processes and needs, tactics and command center relationships. Example personnel profile (in decreasing order of desireability:

• 8 year+ Submarine qualified Officer (O-3/4+) with Combat systems/acoustics department head tour + preferably Submarine Learning Center tour or TACDEV staff tour
• 20 year+ Submarine qualified Chief (E-7/8) with Combat system/ acoustics specialization + Submarine Learning Center or TACDEV staff tour
• 10 year+ Navy or contract civilian with technical degree and experience with operational Navy or TEAM Submarine program offices in a Navy Science Assistance Program (NSAP) or similar assignment. Combat or acoustic systems experience
• 8 year+ Navy Officer (O-3/4+) (surface or air) with Undersea Warfare Combat systems/acoustics department head tour + preferably Tactics Learning Center tour, TACDEV staff tour or joint training at Naval Postgraduate School, Naval War College or equivalent
